Returns

Due to the nature of these products all companions come AS IS without warranty of any kind, and NO RETURNS.

Once production of your custom doll has begun your order may not be cancelled for any reason. 

This is the industry standard for sex dolls. However, if during the first week after delivery you notice that something is damaged or missing please contact us for an exchange.

Please inspect the doll as soon as you receive it to verify all parts are included and in new condition. If there is any issue at all please contact us so we can help you. In the event you must exchange the doll for replacement, the buyer is responsible for sending the doll back to us. We will then send you a new doll.


Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace dolls if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same companion, send us an email at info@mydearsexdoll.com
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We will only accept an exchange withing 7 days of arrival of your doll.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged companion to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned doll.
